We ask AI four questions a customer in your area would ask, without mentioning your name: when they start researching, when they compare and when they're ready to choose. We show you whether it uses you as a source, mentions you or recommends someone else instead, and which websites it reads to answer. Separately, we ask what it knows about your brand; that answer doesn't count towards your score.
