This service is provided by Adauge S.L., with registered address at Carrer d'Orient, 78-84, 3º 10ª, 08172 Sant Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona, Spain. Contact email: contact@adorea.ai.
Adorea is a SaaS platform for the automatic generation of SEO content (articles, images, videos and brand kits) using generative artificial intelligence, with the ability to publish automatically to third-party content management systems (WordPress, Shopify and equivalents).
Access to and use of the service implies full acceptance of these terms.
Adorea uses generative artificial intelligence systems to produce the content (text, images and video) that it makes available to the user. The provider of the AI models used is Google LLC, through its Gemini API.
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, factual errors, biases or outdated information. The user is solely responsible for reviewing, verifying and, where appropriate, correcting the content before publishing or distributing it.
Adorea does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of the generated content for any particular purpose. Human review prior to publication is mandatory and is the sole responsibility of the user.
Under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on Artificial Intelligence (the “AI Act”), the user acts as the deployer of AI-generated content when publishing it to third parties (readers, customers, end users). Accordingly, the user assumes the following responsibilities:
Adorea acts exclusively as the provider of the AI system and accepts no liability for the use the user makes of the generated content or for any breach of the above obligations.
Access to the service requires the creation of an account. The user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from their account. Adorea reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that breach these terms.
Each plan includes a monthly amount of content (its “package”): articles, visual pieces and videos, as set out on the plans page. Base Plan: 25 articles, 40 visual pieces and 3 videos. Pro Plan: 50 articles, 80 visual pieces and 8 videos. Agency Plan: 150 articles, 250 visual pieces and 20 videos, to be shared among the brands in the account. An article is an SEO article with its featured image; a visual piece is a social media post, an ad creative or an image from the image generator (a 4K image counts as two); a video is a block of up to 15 seconds at 720p (at 1080p it counts as one and a half).
Content counts when it is generated, whether or not it is published. Content that fails to generate does not count. The image of an article or of a piece may be redone up to 3 times, and a video may be repeated 1 time, without counting; beyond that, each repetition counts as new content. The package is renewed in each monthly billing period. Any unused content in a period is carried over to the following period once only and is non-refundable. Plans also include, up to the limits shown on the plans page, the creation of virtual influencers and actors and tools such as the website analysis.
Packs. One-off additional content packs may be purchased; they are used once the monthly package has been exhausted and do not expire for as long as the account has an active subscription. Monthly add-ons that extend the package for as long as they remain subscribed may also be purchased. They are non-refundable unless otherwise provided by law.
Prices are available on the plans page and may be updated with 30 days’ prior notice. The video quantities in the package may be adjusted, equally for all customers and with the same prior notice, if the cost charged by video generation providers changes significantly.
Free trial. On signing up you get access to a 15-day trial, with no card required, which starts at the time of sign-up. It includes 8 articles, 8 visual pieces and 1 video, which are not renewed, the connection of your website and your Instagram account, campaign scheduling and up to 8 publications on your website and 8 on Instagram. Each website or Instagram account may only be used in one trial. When the trial ends, the account is paused: it does not generate or publish content, but no content is deleted and anything already published remains online. To continue, a plan must be purchased. During and after the trial you may receive onboarding emails about your account; you may unsubscribe from them at any time using the link they contain.
Founders. The first 100 organizations that purchase a paid plan between the launch of these terms and February 28, 2027, whichever occurs first, obtain founder status. For as long as their subscription remains active, their monthly package is 50% larger than the plan’s (Base: 38 articles, 60 pieces and 5 videos; Pro: 75, 120 and 12; Agency: 225, 375 and 30, compared with 25/40/3, 50/80/8 and 150/250/20) and the price of their plan is not increased. Founder status is personal to the organization, is not transferable and is lost upon cancellation of the subscription; anyone who subscribes again will do so at the price and with the package in force at that time. The adjustment of video quantities provided for in the preceding paragraph also applies to founders.
Guarantee. Without prejudice to any right of withdrawal that may apply under applicable law, Adorea offers a voluntary guarantee on each organization’s first purchase of a plan: within 14 days of the first payment, a refund of the amount paid may be requested by writing to contact@adorea.ai, provided that no more than one quarter of any of the counters of the monthly package (articles, visual pieces and videos) has been used, or no more than one unit if one quarter is less than that. Purchased packs are not covered by the guarantee. If the organization held founder status, it loses that status and its place becomes available again. This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, the rights granted to the user by law.
The user holds the rights of use over the content generated through the service, subject to the terms of use of the third-party AI models used. Adorea reserves all rights over the platform, its design, code and documentation.
The user represents that they hold the necessary rights over the materials they upload to the platform (logos, reference texts, URLs) and holds Adorea harmless from any third-party claim in that regard.
Responsibility for uploaded and generated material. The user is solely responsible for the images, videos and other materials they upload to the platform, including photographs in which people appear, and for the content they generate and disseminate with them. Before uploading them, the user must hold the necessary rights and, where applicable, the consent of the people who appear in them, and must respect their rights to honour, privacy and their own image, data protection law and any law requiring disclosure that content has been generated or manipulated with artificial intelligence. Adorea does not review the materials uploaded by the user or the content the user generates, and is not liable for the use the user makes of them. The user shall indemnify and hold Adorea harmless against any third-party claim arising from such use. If Adorea obtains actual knowledge that any content is unlawful, it may remove it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adorea shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data or damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Adorea’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The processing of personal data is governed by Adorea’s Privacy Policy, available at adorea.ai/en/privacy, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
Adorea may amend these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to the user by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by Spanish and European Union law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that might otherwise apply to them.
For any questions about these terms, please contact us at contact@adorea.ai.
