Calendar and scheduling
Schedule when each piece is published and track its status.
The Calendar is the command center for your publishing: you decide when each piece goes out and see the status of all your content at a glance.
Calendar view
At /dashboard/calendario you have a monthly view with:
- Color-coded status indicators:
pending, generating, draft, published, failed. - Stats cards: pending, generating, published, failed.
- Navigation between months.
- Preview of social posts with image expansion.
- Inline editing of Instagram posts.
- A button to generate the featured image for posts that are already published.
- A direct link to the published post on WordPress.
- Individual or bulk deletion of scheduled posts.
Set up scheduling
There are two schedule modes:
- Fixed: specific days + a time.
- Flexible: number of posts per week + publishing time slots.
The time zone is set per organization and is converted to UTC automatically. Set it correctly so posts go out at the right local time.
Automatic publishing
A cron job (/api/schedules/cron) checks posts periodically:
- It finds the ones in
pendingwhose date has already passed. - It generates the content and the featured image.
- It publishes and updates the status:
pending → generating → draft/published/failed.
Everything runs in the background: even if you close the app, your pieces are published at the scheduled time.
Best practices
- Check the calendar before launching a large campaign to avoid overlaps.
- If a post ends up in
failed, check the channel connection and schedule it again.
