Your package and how it counts

Articles, visuals and videos: what counts, what's free and what happens if you run out.

Each plan is a monthly package of finished content. The dashboard shows three counters, which renew every month based on your sign-up date, on annual plans too.

CounterWhat it is
ArticlesAn SEO article with its featured image, from a campaign or a quick post
VisualsAn Instagram post, a campaign creative or an image created in the Studio or the generator
VideosA 15-second block: a UGC ad, a freeform video or an animated photo

On Agency, you split the package however you like across your brands. Prices and plan differences in Plans and pricing.

What counts

  • It counts when created, not when published. Anything that fails doesn't count.
  • A 4K image counts as 2 visuals.
  • A 1080p video counts as 1.5 videos. Upscaling a video you already have to 1080p adds half a video.

What's free

  • Redoing: the image of an article or a visual, up to 3 times; repeating a video, once.
  • Translating your articles.
  • In the Studio, understanding your photos and suggesting ideas. Only what you create counts.
  • Tools with a technical cap: your website analysis (Web Check), once a day, and image style previews, 20 per month.
  • Characters (your brand's people): saved once and reused, with a maximum per plan: 4 on the trial, 6 on Base, 25 on Pro and 25 per brand on Agency.

If you don't use it or run out

  • What you don't use rolls over to the next month, one time only.
  • We notify you when you reach 80% of each counter.
  • If you run out, scheduled content waits until renewal without being lost, or you can buy a pack from the dashboard. Packs don't expire as long as you stay subscribed.
  • If it happens every month, upgrading your plan works out cheaper.

On agency accounts, the package belongs to the agency: what you create for each client is deducted from the shared package. See agency model.
