AI visibility

See whether Gemini, ChatGPT and Perplexity recommend your brand, and how it changes every month.

In Results → Visibility you see whether AI assistants recommend you. Adorea asks Gemini, ChatGPT and Perplexity what one of your customers would ask, without naming your brand, and checks whether you show up in the answer.

The screen has two tabs: In AI and In Google.

Prepare the questions

  1. Choose the area of the questions: the one from your website, another area or the whole country. A small area gives better numbers but fewer customers: choose where you really look for customers.
  2. Click Prepare my questions. Adorea writes them from your brand's data, spread across the buying stages: Exploring, Comparing and Ready to choose. None of them names your brand.
  3. Review them before the first reading. You can edit them, switch them off or add your own.

How many questions count depends on the plan: up to 10 on Base and up to 20 on Pro and Agency. On Agency, for each client brand.

There's also a brand question, which does name you, to see what AI knows about you. It's kept apart and never adds to the main figure.

Readings

  • Click Run the first reading (afterwards, Read now). It takes one or two minutes.
  • You can run one manual reading per day.
  • A reading also runs on its own on the 1st of each month with the same questions.

An assistant's answers change from day to day. What you see is what they answered that day. If an assistant doesn't answer, that answer shows as "Not measured" and doesn't count.

What you see

  • The main figure: in how many answers you're named, not counting the brand question.
  • Question by question: for each assistant, whether you're Cited (it names you and links to or uses your website), Mentioned (it names you, without your website) or Not there. Open each cell to read the full answer and its sources.
  • What AI knows about you: the answer to the brand question.
  • Who shows up instead: the businesses the answers name, and what share of the mentions each one gets.
  • Which websites they use: the sources the assistants rely on, by type (your website, competitors, directories and reviews, social media and forums, media).
  • Month by month: the last reading of each month, to see how it changes.

From a question where you don't show up you can click Create article: it opens Quick post with that question as the topic. Publishing doesn't guarantee AI will name you, but it gives it something of yours to cite.

In Google

In the In Google tab, Adorea finds the keywords that already bring you customers and the ones for your services where you don't show up yet.

  1. Click Discover my keywords.
  2. Review the plan it suggests, grouped into One step away (positions 11 to 20), Close to the top (4 to 10), To defend (top 3) and Not there. Untick the ones you're not interested in.
  3. Click Confirm and start tracking.

Every Monday your real Google position is checked (top 30 results) and compared with the previous one. If Google tracking isn't available, the tab tells you.
