Client reports
Each client's monthly report, with your agency's brand, in a private link.
In Agency → Reports and approvals you prepare a monthly report for each client, with your agency's brand, in a private link and in the language of their website. You review it and decide when to share it. It's part of the Agency plan.
The screen has five tabs: Reports, Client rules, Agency brand, Scheduling and Who approves.
Prepare a report
- Click New report.
- Choose the client, the month and the report language. By default, the language of the client's content; you can also choose the languages of their website.
- Click Prepare report.
The report is a snapshot of what was measured and published that month: it doesn't run new measurements. If a report for that month already exists, it's updated with today's data. No figure is made up: if there's no data for something, the report says so.
Connect each client's Search Console. Without it, the report doesn't show that client's Google visits, searches and pages.
Review the texts
Click Edit texts to change what appears as-is in the report. The figures can't be changed.
- Highlights: written by the AI using only the report's figures. Click Rewrite if you want another version.
- Message for the client, at the top, and closing message, at the end.
- Agency work this month: tasks with date and hours.
- Next steps: taken from the Website health list and the scheduled topics.
If you change the highlights or the next steps, they're no longer rewritten when the data is refreshed.
Share by link
- In the report, click Share and then Create link.
- If you like, add a password (at least 6 characters). Without a password, anyone with the link can open it.
- Choose when it expires: after 30 days, after 90 days or never.
- Copy the link right then: for security, it won't be shown again.
You can see how many times each link has been opened, and we email you the first time the client opens it. You can Withdraw a link at any time: it stops opening immediately and the report isn't deleted.
Once a report is shared, its data is frozen. If you click Refresh data, the client will see the new figures on the same link.
Your agency's brand
In Agency brand you choose the name, logo and colours the report uses. Colours you leave empty are taken from your brand identity. You also decide whether "Made with Adorea" appears at the bottom.
Scheduling and sending
In Scheduling, click Schedule next to a client and choose:
- When: every month (a day of the month), every week or a specific date. We recommend the 4th or later, after the visibility measurement.
- Which month it covers: the previous month (closed) or the current month, up to that day.
- What we do: Prepares it and lets you know (you review and share it) or Prepares it and sends it to the client.
If you choose to send it, add up to 5 recipients and, if you like, a subject and message. Click View the email to see how it will arrive and tick the confirmation box before saving. The email comes from our sender address with your agency's name. The link's password never goes in the email: give it to the client yourself.
You can Pause and resume each schedule, and see the history of sends.
Client approval
When you create the link, tick Ask for plan approval from this link. The scheduled items for the following month will wait for the client: they're not published until the client approves them or you approve them on their behalf.
- The client identifies themselves with their name and a code sent to their email.
- On each item they can Approve, Request changes or Discard. They approve the topic and title; the text is written afterwards.
- We email you about each decision. After 3 days without an answer we remind you.
- A client's comment can be turned into a rule with Turn into a rule: the AI will follow it for that client.
Besides the link, the client can approve by email or by chat. We explain it in Approvals by email and chat.
Client rules
In Client rules you write down what the AI will always follow for that client in articles, posts, images and video. For example, "Don't mention prices". Each rule applies to everything or only to one part.
