Connect Wix
Publish your articles to your Wix site's blog with the Adorea app.
Connect your Wix site so your SEO posts are published to its blog. The connection uses the Adorea app on Wix: we don't store any password from your Wix account.
Before you start
- Your site needs the Wix Blog app. A free site works too.
- Only the owner or an admin of the organization can connect the website.
How to connect
- Go to My brand → Connections and find the Wix card.
- Click Connect Wix. Wix opens: log in if asked.
- Choose the site you want to publish to and accept Adorea's permissions (blog, media and members).
- Click Add to Site. Wix brings you back to Adorea.
- You'll see Wix connected, with your site and the name the articles will be signed with.
Under When publishing you choose whether the article goes live on the website or stays as a draft in Wix for you to review.
What gets published
- The article on your site's blog, with its title and body.
- The featured image and the images in the body, which Adorea uploads to your site's media. If an image can't be uploaded, the article is published anyway.
If you disconnect Wix, the articles already published stay on your website. To remove the Adorea app completely, delete it in your Wix dashboard too (Apps → Manage Apps).
